If you have been gifted an experience, your portrait session is included and the details will be listed in your confirmation email.

To schedule your gifted experience, we kindly ask for a fully refundable holding deposit of $250. We value your time and ours, and this helps prevent any no-shows or last-minute cancellations. Your deposit will be refunded following your portrait viewing or you can apply it toward any purchase.

Your experience with us includes a private photography session with our skilled photographers followed by a private viewing session with our designers for you to see the beautiful images from your session.

You will work with your designer to categorise your images from your most favorite to least favorite.

Following that, you will be given the option to either choose one image to or create a beautiful artwork for your home.

If you choose to create something special for your home, your qualified designer will guide you through the best display options for the images you love and work with the space you have in your home. For any order you place with us

We have many payment options available, and they will be offered to you to make the decision-making process easier.

For our Families, we can photograph 8-9 members at one time.

For our Pet Project we ask for one Fur Baby per adult for the best experience.

For our Magical Fairytale Experience we can photograph 2 children at one time.

For our Tiny Tiara Experience we photograph one child at a time.

Absolutely! We know that in this current world, people want to share their images with their family and friends. We have various digital options, and they can be customised based on how many images you love and want to order.

Our heirloom portraits and frames are custom and we do not refund or cancel orders. We guarantee our artwork and will ensure you are pleased with every portrait.

For our Magical Fairytale Portraits, we plan for delivery of all orders within 8 weeks from the date of the order.

For our Fine Art Portraits, delivery can be expected between 8-12 weeks.

We pride ourselves on our handcrafted products and high-quality control standards. While we strive to meet our production timeline, there may be rare instances where slight delays occur.

Don't worry, our production team will keep you informed via email if there are any delays to your order. We understand the anticipation of receiving your special artwork, and we want to make the process as stress-free as possible for you.

In the unlikely event that this happens, there's no need to worry. We have a straightforward and hassle-free solution for reworking or replacing your artwork. Just send an email or call us and we'll take care of the rest.

You will have the opportunity to purchase portraits at a viewing session directly after your session. All of your artwork comes finished and ready for display, with a range of products to suit everyone’s style.

We do offer payment plans.

Average investments can be $1500 and up but there are no minimums so you can purchase whatever suits you best.

The Magical Fairytale Garden experience includes either the FairySession, the Unicorn Session or the Gone Fishin’ Session. The sessions are $175 and include the experience for your child and an heirloom 8x10 portrait of your favorite image. Additional images available for purchase.
